Amy & Chad
March 20th was the first day of Spring and boy oh boy what a day it was!!! The sun was shining, the flowers had all started blooming and I think a couple people even mentioned they were a little warm as the basked in the sun. It was a wonderful day, filled with family, friends and lots of love for this wonderful couple!!!
Their ceremony was at the Mission Church in St. Michaels and afterwords their guests headed back to The Oaks where they enjoyed cocktail hour on our dock and lawn. It was hard to tell whether the favorite hors d’oeuvre of cocktail hour was the mini reubens or the Chinese pancakes with oriental
duck. After a delightful cocktail hour guests headed inside where they grabbed their Martha inspired escort cards (that Amy made herself, talented girl that she is) and as they made their way to their tables they were greeted by the stunning flowers provided by Murdocks.
Dinner music and Dancing were provided by Doctor’s Orders (a clever choice in bands since Amy and Chad are both in the medical profession) who jammed out all night long. The music was excellent and the band a true delight as they kept playing through the entire reception! The cake was adorable and delicious thanks to Bay Country Bakery.
The next morning at breakfast, the guests who were staying at The Oaks were treated to a 2nd viewing of an adorable slideshow created and narrated by Amy’s sister. Looking back the entire wedding weekend was a blast and it is obvious that Amy and Chad are truly meant for each other.
